Escape the (class)room

The escape rooms at clueQuest provide an array of unique, cooperative and intuitive logic-based tasks. These are designed to ensure that no prior knowledge is required, making them perfect for all age groups.

Our 800+ sqm venue makes it easy to distance and we can host up to 66 players every 2 hours.

Organising the day is as simple as it gets. You tell us your date and group size and we'll take care of the rest.

Escape rooms develop key skills like communication and collaboration while they are super fun too.

Why clueQuest is right for your year group

Year 5-8

  • We are not a panic room. While some other escape games specialize in gore and scares, our venue aims to encourage inquisitiveness in a vibrant and safe environment.
  • Our rooms require no prior knowledge, and are therefore perfect for kids who are still learning. No need to worry about what’s on and not on the curriculum.
  • Each room can accommodate a maximum of 6 players. This does, however, include one supervising adult per room for classes or groups under the age of 13.

Year 9-11

  • Our rooms require no prior knowledge, and ask students to rely instead on thinking logically and methodically. After all, retention of information is of great importance, but being able to take what’s in front of you and follow it to its logical conclusion; that’s invaluable.
  • Our multiple replicas of the same room add a competitive aspect to the experience. While each team is on their own timer, scorecards let them compare their times afterwards.
  • For classes or groups aged 14 and above, a supervising adult in the room is not a requirement. However, we do ask for one adult in the building for every ten pupils.

Year 12-13

  • Our rooms will provide your students with a high-pressure cerebral challenge.
  • Our multiple replicas of the same room add a competitive aspect to the experience. While each team is on their own timer, scorecards let them compare their times afterwards.
  • Our rooms require no prior knowledge, and ask students to rely instead on thinking logically and methodically. After all, retention of information is of great importance, but being able to take what’s in front of you and follow it to its logical conclusion; that’s invaluable.
  • Every room is a challenge, but should you really want to push your pupils, we recommend our two most recent missions: Revenge of the Sheep and cQ:Origenes

Pick the length of the activity that suits you

2 hour activity

  • Our immersive escape room games last 60 minutes plus you\'ll have a mission briefing at the beginning and a debriefing session at the end followed by a group photo.

Half/Full day activity

  • You can also organise a longer visit with multiple sessions in the game rooms. You can also run your own activation in our conference room and we can also host our board game-esque Print+Cut+Escape series for the group. This option is great if your group is larger than 66 people so while one group is playing in the rooms the others are playing Print+Cut+Escape.

Our space

  • We have 4 different scenarios andf 11 copies of them all together. We also have a conference room where the teachers can relax while the kids are playing. We can also organise for food and other engaging activities in this space.
